Did I have acute HIV syndrome?

I am driving myself crazy!  In late November, early December I had protected vaginal intercourse with a woman I did not know too well. Prior to the sex, I licked her clit briefly. After she had an orgasm, I removed the condom and she performed oral sex. Then in late Feb., early March, I became ill with a sore throat and fever of 105.9F.  At the ER, my strep test was negative, they gave me Pen-VK and sent me on my way. Should I be very concerned? Was this classic acute HIV syndrome? Please give me some guidance.
