chances are somewhere around 1/1000 from a one time incident of anal sex with a HIV + individual.
since you are not sure if the condom was worn throughout the experience...then i would test just to be on the safe side. a test at 6-8 weeks post possible exposure will give you a good indication...and the result is unlikely to change. but according to guidelines...you must follow that up with a test at 3 months for a conclusive result.
