Hi,. I about to go into my 10th week after my last sexual exposure .. i am experencing dizziness and burning sensation on the chest armpits and upper back, my body just totally feel wierd. are these symptoms of HIV?... im so worried

HIV has no specific symptoms. Majority of people infected with HIV don't experience any symptoms at the primary stages of infection. Symptoms will never tell anything about your status, only an HIV antibody test at 3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive result.
