Do I have HIV

Hi, so at December the 4th I had unprotected sex ( I'm a man and had sex with a women ) two days later I developed swollen tonsils, went to doctors and got preseceibed anti biotics, they didn't work, week later I got different ones, pain and fever left but still massive tonsils. We are now into January I have no pain or fever but my tonsils are massive still and any food I eat literally goes straight through me, which is very soft almost diarrhoea.

I bought a self HIV test off Amozan and tested negative a week ago, before the diarrhoea started.

I'm really panicking as when I went to get the second dose of anti biotics the nurse said it could be hiv I have got?

I'm going to book a test this week hopefully but really looking for advice and hopefully settle my nerves a bit

What was your risk? ''btw, you likely got a flu and infection just like anyone else gets, since HIV couldn't act in 2 days.

I don't understand what you mean by what's my risk? The girl was a one night stand and I think she does it a lot
I meant oral or vaginal or both?
Both
Take a 4th generation test iat 28 days. Nothing is pointing toward you having HIV because your symptoms are just like what anyone else gets with a flu so try to relax until then and stop studying your symptoms because often people living in fear over-analyze their bodies and self-diagnose problems that don't even exist.
Ah ok thank you, I'll try get a test booked this week. I just panic because my tonsils are still massive ( touching each other ) over a month later. And since new year I've had almost diarrhoea, my appetite isn't the same.
Avoid the mental baggage of symptoms data collection. Your doc is aware of your issues.
That's the problem I went to the hospital for my antibiotics I phoned NHS 24/7 and the nurse said I might have it .... I think she was trying to scare me for having unprotected sex. But it was two days prior to this illness. Anyway if it's a scare tactic it's worked !!!
