Do I need Further testing? Anxiety Over False Positive

Feb1st I had a broken condom incident during sex with a female that I met at a night club while on vacation.  We had vaginal sex for about 30 minutes unprotected.  On Feb 26th I had a Ultra Sensitive HIV1 PCR RNA test with a Reference range of 48RNA Copies with a result of NOT DETECTED. On March 13th, 6 weeks after exposure I had a negative HIV 1/2 antibody rapid Clearview test.  With a negative PCR RNA at 25 days and a negative 6 weeks antibody test do you guys think I am good to go or would I need another test?  Also I have been reading a whole lot about false positives and now have a little anxiety about testing further If I need to for the fear of getting a false positive.  I am going in tomorrow for a tetanus shot booster and have been reading claims that this might cause a false positive If I were to test in the near future.  Should I not get the tetanus shot or I'm i over reacting  Any comment will be appreciated

Is it possible for a Tetanus Shot to cause a False HIV Antibody Test?

What about False Positives after a Tetanus shot.  Should I be worried or post pone the tetanus shot until after the 3 month test?  Also any comments about the PCR RNA 25 day Negative result.

3 month post exposure is when you can obtain a conclusive negative test result.
