If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or risks associated with specific sexual practices, this is the site for you.
Okay - here's a different approach. Considering we have all answered this question many, many times, why don't you, iknowihaveit, go back to all your previous posts and write down the answers that we have given you? I'm just wondering if you actually read the posts and write the answers, it might actually sink in....
I just don't understand how you can say i didn't have a risk. I'm pretty sure I tasted something...be it blood i don't know. And, if she had blood in her mouth combined with a very high viral load isn't there a chance I could have gotten infected? I mean the mouth is a mucous membrane and mucous membranes are what absorbs HIV.
how is it gonna help ypou thinking about "maybe" & "what if" question, you were never at a risk man....Kissing a stripper..huh!
buddy, you like it or not you are a crazy guy, I'm sorry I'm being sarcatic here but you are affecting your own health thinking about some thing which is just not possible in your case.
brother, trust me I'm not lying this is my current situation however I'm okay with it cuz
1) my PCR turned favourable on a 10 day test
2) my partner's AB test was Neg. but that didn't cover the window period risk
3) my all other STD tests were neg
this is what backing me off, for you you've got tests like scholarship certficates
and I understand one thing if it has to happen I'll live with it, i'll fight it, it's not a death sentence for god's sake
you have to believe me, you are at no risk, doctor sent you for an HIV test purely for a diagonostic purpose just to litmus whether was that a possibility , your co called symptoms were nothing but resultant of some other medical condition
Do get a 13 week test for your peace of mind however your 6 week result's very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very indicative.....just unlikely to change (if you had a risk at the first place)
now get on with your life and never ever kiss any body in your life......lol ~!
Please stop posting here.
It's doing you no good whatsoever. Have your three month test. It will undoubtedly be negative.
But here's the deal; it won't cure your anxiety. I promise you that much. You need to continue working with your psychiatrist. That's your only way out of this. Please stop posting here, our answers won't change, you didn't have a risk and you don't have HIV.
Now please, turn your computer off and stop thinking about HIV. Concentrate on your mental problems. As I've said you to again and again and again, when you went to the doc with that illness, when you tested negative for flu he was DUTY BOUND TO ASK YOU ABOUT HIV RISKS. BUT YOU DIDN'T HAVE A RISK, I PROMISE YOU.
Keep working with your psychiatrist, and when you've sorted out your irrational anxieties, come back and tell us all how silly you've been:)
ok. thanks dobber. I'll do my best to stay off and leave you guys alone. Hopefully in 5 weeks I'll be on here telling you have relieved i am from getting a 3 month negative result and that i was CRAZY this whole time. I pray you all come out of this ok and that this all blows over.
There's no need to come back. To be honest, you're not really annoying me, I'm just sorry you have let this get to you so badly. You never had a risk.
When I say there's no need to come back, what I mean is that if I never hear form you again, I'll still know you're negative, because you were never at risk.
I hope you're right dobber...I'm trying so hard to be confident and optimistic. I just need to keep putting good thoughts in my head so that the weeks, the days, the hours, the minutes and even the seconds go by faster. Right now everything is in slow motion and it seems like it's gonna take a year for that 3 months to come. I just want this to be over - I wanna put it behind me and get on with my life and be normal again you know...
I am in a monogamous relationship now. I have had unprotected sex before and my HIV test came back negative after a year. Do I still need to be tested every year? The guy now is the only one.

2) Continuous Oral ulcers (still prevailing)

i wish you well with your counselling sessions:)
I know I'm right. Just keep busy. You don't even need to test at three months. Dr. Bob says three months to people with real risks:)
