Do I need a test?

Hi,I'm from Taiwan.Sorry for my poor English >"<

I'm gay.

6 weeks ago ,I had a mutual oral sex with my friend, and we didn't ejaculate..but I didn't know if there were any pre-cum..

about ten days after that ,I started to feel tired often..sometimes I had night sweat(maybe because it's not so cold this year)..headache and diarrhea....

but I didn't know whether I had a fever...

I used to consider oral sex a totally safe sex,but my friend,a doctor , told me that oral sex is a risk

And one of his colleague has seen a patient infected by only oral sex without ejaculation...

Then, I began to worry very much!!

I've read a lot of discussion in this forum, but I still worried about that.

My friend has a boyfriend in a long term relationship ,and they have unprotected anal sex VERY often...

Yesterday(45 days after we had sex),he did a rapid test (I told him to do that, because I know unprotected anal sex is highly risky) and the outcome is negative...

Then...Do I need a test?

Thanks for your reading.

No you do not need to test, HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

Your doctor hasn't seen anyone contract HIV from oral sex.

And to clarify, it is this site's stance, based on studies and our own MedHelp experts (all of whom are world-renowned for their work in this field), that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.

But the doctor said that he has seen a patient infected by oral sex only once without ejaculation...

What do you think of this?
