Does anyone know what the risks are for contracting HIV for vaginal sex with a commercial worker when using a condom? I am very scared.

Make sure that whoever your sexually involved with escort or new spouse use condoms properly with lube ( astroglide is your best bet) and I am like this with eveybody inculding exboyfriends I've had I use condoms for ORAL aswell.To protect me from other STDS and I change the condom before intercourse in case my teeth have punctured the condom.

Another Q..

When a condom is broken how noticeable is it. I dont believe I've ever had a condom break, is that enough to assume I havent had one.

Before you pull out grab the base of the condom and then hold it up and squeeze from the base to the tip.I know it sounds weird but i do it all the time.

And when you stroking and you feel something thats feel wet and a lil too good pull out and check :)

I do everything in my power as a sex worker to protect myself.And I know alot of other escorts I know in the business do the same.I get tested immediatly when I have a risk of being exposed.Which has happend once for me when the condom popped.

I think your having a guilty concious because you slept with someone out of your relationship.Even if you used a condom (and she was postive) and it didn't bust or slip off your in the clear.

You say you are an escort, have you ever caught chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trich?  How many sexual encounters with clients have you had?  Have you always worn a condom?  I think that would be pretty conclusive proof that condoms do in fact work.
