Do i have HIV ?

hello
I have dated several girls both online and bars. I always had protected sex however sometimes i used to cuddle without protection where in my personal parts came in contact outside the body of females around vagina and ***.
Is this considered unprotected ? I had a sore throat for 3-5 days after which everything is normal and i have started developing white stuff which my ENT specialist said post nasal drip and quite common. I had unprotected oral sex several times. I dont have any other symptoms except diarreah once or twice in a month.

i am diabetic and on high dosage of my meds. Is this something i need to worry about ?

If there was no unprotected penetration, you had no risk.

Unprotected oral is not a risk for HIV. It is a risk for STD's.

Your diabetic status is of no concern.
