Do i need HIV Test?

Hello,

A few months ago i gave first aid to a person suffering a nasty cut, afterwards i discovered a cut on myself and cant be sure if i got any of their blood on myself. I have no idea if this person was negative or positive, i did not know them and was wondering if i require a HIV test?

I realise the risk is small but i am still anxious about it, will my sexual health clinic still provide a test although the reason for the test is not sexually related.

You were not at risk and do not need testing for the above situation.
