Do my acts have the risk of hiv?

Hi,  DR, I am a male , came frome China. My story is about 4 weeks ago, a sex worker performed an unprotected oral sex and protected  vaginal sex with me, when we finished, I checked the condom is ok, then just one minute later i wash my penis with shower nozzle(but just wash from my penis to foot). Now i remember there was dermatophytosis(barbiers / kakke) on my foot at that time, but no bleeding, so i warried if the hiv virus could go with the shower water to dermatophytosis that on my foot?
So my question is :
1 unprotected oral sex is a risk of hiv?
2 if the dermatophytosis on my foot is a risk of hiv as i described in my story?
3 how long does the hiv virus will die(or lose its infectiousness) in the air or water ? two minutes enough?
Now  i was so neverous to look forward you reply, thanks!

You never had a risk of contracting HIV and you do not need an HIV test.
