Do you think I have HIV?

HI, I had unprotected oral sex about a month ago. I looked up all the symptoms of HIV and here are the main ones I found and I only have one of them..

Fever, that persists: no
Diarrhea: no
Swollen Lymph nodes:yes
Fatigue:no
General feeling of discomfort, illness, or lack of well-being: no

Those were the main ones that I saw, I'm just really nervous that I might have HIV. Because I have swollen glands.
What do you think?

I think you can;t diagnosis HIV based on symptoms, you can't even get an indication based on symptoms. Also swollen nodes happen for so many different reasons. The only way to know if from a test 3 months post exposure.

THAT IS NOT WHAT VANCE SAID AT ALL.  did you read the original post?  the guy is basing everything on "SYMPTOMS"...and vance simply told him that you cant diagnose hiv by symptoms and only a test will do that.

mdb12, didn't have a risk, doesn't need testing wasting money and resources. Nor does he need the added anxiety waiting on unneeded test results.

Actually that was a risk situation, I talked to a doctor about it and he said it was a risk.

No oral sex is not a risk, your Dr is wrong.

Why would I know why you have swollen pelvic glands? That can happen for 100 different reasons. I have no clue why a Dr would tell you something, Some Dr's believe it is a risk, others do not.
