Antigens USUALLY become undetectable by after the 3rd week. This is when MOST people will become positive in a modern antibody test.
A 35 day Antigen / Antibody test I personally would call conclusive. But that's me. I had 2 different issues and was told by one Dr. that my 2.5 week antibody / antigen was "virtual 100 proof I didn't have HIV".
I had a different incident and was told by a different Dr. that he couldn't comment on how conclusive I could consider it. Possibly because he didn't know, or maybe there's conflicting data.
I would call an antigen / antibody test as conclusive as it gets at 35 days. The antibody test alone would be 90-95% assuming a modern test...
It is great that you are taking precautions regarding HIV. Siteheld is accurate that you should re-test in 4 more weeks which will make it (3) months to be conclusive. In the mean time take it easy Anxiety can take a token on peoples health. I think you will be fine good luck to you!
