Does ARS Come and Go?

I had exposure of Unprotected Vaginal with a female i knew long time back about 7 weeks ago.

I started feeling worried soon after that day and suddenly one day after approx 3-4 weeks I started having some vertigo like feeling and loss of energy which went away after a week. then I started googling the symptoms and I came across this website where some ARS (Acute HIV Infection) Symptoms were listed which exactly looked like mine which got me extremely worried.
I tried to talk to that friend of mine and she told me that I need to trust a person and told me its a change of weather and every one experiences this.

But now what is bothering me is there are some Mosquito Bite like bumps on just below my Collar bone (3 or 4 in numbers) which does not itch and doesnot ache either and when I noticed them earlier this week I was having that flue like feeling again that time.
Its been past 6 weeks to that incident. But I didnt have any fever at that time nor i have it now but I feel feverish as I am coming down with flu or something. My whole body is HOT specially my face, forehead, stomach and upper back. My upper back was hurting as well yesterday and i took Panadol and I was fine after that.

Does Panadol work if you are having flu and I have read ARS is atleast 7 days and can go up to 20 days from some of the websites?
I am worried till grave!!

I recognize you from another forum. Did you get tested on Monday like you said you were going to?
