Does HIV rash come and go?

I had unprotected vaginal sex with the two girls I met on a dating site in Thailand and in dance club. I was drunk and what did I was very stupid and reckless which I am regretting every day. The sexual encounter happened 23 days ago approximately. One week ago the rashes started to come and go. First, 3 rashes started due to itching on my inner thigh and then one on my leg which went after few days after using antiseptic cream. Few days ago the 4 rashes started due to itching near to my right armpit and now going away. I have no other symptoms. My rashes and coming and going away and are itchy. Also, I would like to mention that when rashes started I was in India and here it is very hot temperature around 45-degree celsius. This is my first time I am living in such a hot weather and AC is not working all the time due to large voltage fluctuations and drop. I am confused whether the rashes is caused by heat or HIV infection.

Thanks for your reply. I tested for 28 days duo test and it came non-reactive. It was a great relief from anxiety and stress. This was a lesson for me that risking whole life for a just moment of pleasure is such a stupidity which I would never repeat in my life.  Do you think I should take 90 days test to reassure my result?

HIV related rashes are non itching. If it is itching, it is not because of HIV. Did you engage yourself with that Thai girl without protection? If yes, then you should get yourself tested for 4th generation HIV Duo test (should be readily available in India) after 28 days of your exposure, collect your conclusive report and move on with your life. Do not focus on symptoms, they are often confusing and misleading
