What does this have to do with you when you said a friend did it? The answer is NO it will not delay seroconversion. Tell them the next time don't be stupid and donate blood if they have put themselves at risk.
By the way, I made two tests, 3.5 weeks neg, and 5 weeks neg. I'll do net when I reach 8 weeks, ans then the last one at 13 weeks. Thanks for the help!
donation won't affect seroconversion. But if he is trying to give infected his blood to blood banks, he will get the news if he is positive or not.As a matter of fact they will tell you that they were unable to use your blood and that you should go to your doctor for a blood test. They usually don't tell you what is wrong with your blood. lets pray that the screeners are as careful there as they are in the States. I suggest getting tested before donating.
