Does urine test at gynecologist show HIV?

While I know that this routine urine test at the gynecologist does not show HIV antibodies but wouldn't this test come up abnormal if I had an immunological disorder such as HIV? I also took a blood test so I should know my status for sure in a few weeks. I just wondered if the urine test would show up abnormal as well although they are not testing for that. Thank you all! :)

You never had an HIV exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

My only possible exposure was me giving oral sex. No ejaculation but I had a canker sore. Some say it's no risk. Some say it's low risk. I don't know what to think!

No. The ONLY test that will tell someone their HIV status is an HIV test.

Thank you! I did, I was just looking for a bit of reassurance going in! I don't get my results back for 2-3 weeks so hope for the best for me! :)

No it won't!!! The only way for you to know if you have HIV is to have a HIV test!
