Drinking cup of coffee expousre

Hi Doctor,
I lived in Israel, i am 40 years old, i have met an escort one week ago to have a sex entercourse with her, nothing at all happened, i have not made any oral, vagainal,or anal sex, my concern to me that i have drank a cup pf coffe and i am worried of this cup was infected by any her fluid or infected blood with hiv, my direct question, is there any possible to catch hiv from this cup if it was infected with any fluid or blood?, can hiv transmitted by drinking the coffee with any of blood or infected fluid, and do i need to be tested for hiv.

There is no reason for you to be worried or to be tested.  HIV is transmitted through sex or through injection of material containing the virus deep into tissue or blood (i.e.  even surface contact does not lead to transmission).  HIV is not spread through sharing of glasses, cups or eating utensils,.  similarly it is not transmitted by kissing.  This is true whether or not either person has bleeding of the mouth sores, gum disease, etc.

You have no reason for concern and do not need testing.  EWH

Dr. Hansfiel deleted your new question yesterday as it was so far out of the realm of a serious question about a conceivable situation.  The answer to your questions is NO!!!!!!!!!

The nature of your question, as well as the fact that you cannot hear what I've already told you (if you had, you would not have asked this inconceivable follow-up question) suggests that you shoul seek professional help in addressing your unfounded anxieties.

There will be no further answers to these sorts of questions, either as follow-up to this thread or if asked as new questions.  New questions will be elete without comment.  EWH
