Drunken encounter :/ but what else is new

Recently I had just overcame a chlamydial infection due to my girlfriend cheating on me. I'm not a promiscuous person but I went out to the club with my friend, mind you this is in Germany, we drank a little too much and brought home some questionable subjects. We both proceeded to have protected sex with these two ladies and by some crazy coincidence both of our condoms broke, from stupid behavior like trying to re-use the same condom. Before finishing I noticed and pulled out but clearly my lack of judgement and ability to clearly know what was going on lead to Unprotective sex (only vaginal insertion) with this individual for an unaccounted amount of time. She saw me freaking out and tried calming me down by saying she goes to the doctor every month and only performs oral and vaginal sex with condoms. She then added she is an escort. I hadn't a clue, not realizing how easy it was to get her into bed. I feel disgusting and I am a worry wort. I'm freaking out about HIV and other STIs which I already started another round of antibiotics for the simple fact that I began feeling it coming back :/ please your expert input on my situation would really be appreciated.

Thank ladies and gentlemen for your time and consideration
