ELISA testing a 5 week mark

I tested negative for HIV at the 5 week mark. In Europe, I know that they use 4th generation testing so they consider 6 week results conclusive but I'm currently in Florida and my Dr. informed me that they use ELISA testing... Is this type of testing as conclusive as others?

5 week Elisa test would get about 90% of people infected. 100% is 3 months.

ok, thank you. And so, how conclusive are these tests?

I had a condom break, he pulled out before ejaculation, just to give you some context of the risk.

Obviously I will get retested, just curious in terms of how anxious I should be.

No it is not. It is ordinary test for antibodies.
