Early Symptom of HIV??

Recently I have been having rashes/hives on my body, mainly on the inner thighs. They itch, but seem to calm down if I take benedryl, or another antihistamine. I have not changed my drugs (vitamins, etc) or my diet at all.
Is this an early symptom of HIV?
