Eczema on Finger (No Similair Questions on Forum)

Hello Dr, I have searched your forum and was unable to find any similiar responses by you.. Please tell me HIV risk involved with a pin hole sized eczema pimple which did not appear to be weeping followed by a finger insertion into her vagina for only a second. I simply put my finger in her vagina for a second and then removed it. Vaginal fluid was felt on my finger after removal. Your previous responses state no risk with fingering regardless of cuts, lesions etc does the same hold true for eczema or in my cases a simple eczema pimple which did not apprear to be burst but obviosuly was red and not 100%

Thank you.

It is unlikely that anybody ever caught HIV by such an exposure.  Genital to hand transmission has never been documented, regardless of pimples, eczema, etc.

Why on earth do you think his advice regarding other types of skin cuts/breaks would be different than you having a pin size spot of eczema?  Can you not see that they are the same thing? A skin break is a skin break.  If he says that cuts/etc are no risk when fingering, then neither is your tiny spot of eczema.
