Elevated White Cell count

Had blood drawn for yearly physical. (3/3/1010)
All tests came well, HIV, HSV and HEPc Negative.
however, the only irregular thing was an elevated whiteblood cell count.
As I got the blood work two weeks after having a possible exposure, do I need to worry?
Is it possible that HIV test will come back Neg due to only 2 weeks passing, but high white blood cell indicate contracting the virus?

Also, have a really big amount of pimples lately all over my body.
I do not know if that is related or may be due to stress.

wbc count dont indicate hiv..
what was your exposure?

While visiting NYC I got fingered very aggressively and almost violently by a sex worker, that I later found out was a transexual. (MTF)
Am scared out of my mind.
Not sure if I bled or not

fingering does not carry a risk for transmission

wouldnt matter if you bled or didnt bleed...fingers dont transmit hiv.
