Hi, I from Perú.
I have some questions:
I had sex with some worker sex (woman) with condom. It had oral and vaginal sex. condom all time!!.
I thought that I had a risk so I did a test HIV Ag/Ac (CO) (Elisa 4ta gen) and it was Non reactive (0.32). This test was did at 59 days before the last event.
It was conclusive? many people says I have take another test at 12 or 13 weeks, why?

No drugs can affect the result only chemotherapy or immunosuppresive drugs for organ transplant. Though i do not think you are on it. Even if you were it will be positive because of the antigen aspect of the test. So no worries enjoy your life!

But if I took the test when I was taken Nexium and Aci Tip?... Is possible that there are some variation in results?... Yes I now I had sex with condom but I am very worried for this. 59 days (8weeks+3days) is enough???.

I had sex relationship with a girl working in the field of food and she do all laboratory tests such as hiv1&2 , syphilis and hepatitis b, c a all test before 4 months-from relation i used a condom but he broken and replaced it in another condom
After 14 days of the sex relationship i do the following test hiv1 & 2 ag / ab negative
After 60 anti hiv1 & 2 screening test(rapid test) negative
After 72 days hiv1 & 2 anti body(rapid test) negative
After the 85 day anti hiv1 & 2 titre
Negative(elisa)
i hadnt symptons at that time except-simple Itchy skin
im so worried
is 85 days ( not 3 months after post expursoer) isnt enough for the enough antibodies in my case ?
should i take another test or not

Your fine you had protected sex. And in Europe i beleive they follow the 4th gen 28 day result as conclusive.
