Elisa Duo Test @ Day 15

I recently (28 days ago) performed unprotected fellatio (which I read was low risk activity???), and later began to freak out about possible HIV exposure. I tested negative for all std's and an elisa duo test on day 15. Is that considered an accurate and reliable test result, or should I continue testing??? I started experiencing insomnia, night sweats & moderate diarrhea a few days before I tested, and the symptoms are still present. Would that be symtoms (symptoms) of acute infection or simply my anxiety? Those are the only symptoms I have, no fever, rash, or swollen lymph nodes.
