Elisa Window Period

Hi everybody
i have only one protected sex in my life and after that i'm in stress that maybe she was positive hiv becos she was an CSW
after about  28 week(7 month) past from my sex i go to Lab and want to test by Hiv
then  i get this result

but now still i'm in stress becos some site say window period for test is 3 month some say 6 month some say test must repeat after 1 year and so on . . .
i'm so confused, i think my stress cause i cant rely in my result becos i read more info in Net
i read in this site that 3 month test is conclusive
1-realy when can i rely in my test result ???
2-i'm so tired to think about Hiv can i realy (00%) rely in this Negative test
3-you think need more test to conclusive test ??
4- how can i find that my test was 4th genereation Elisa or 3th generation elisa and is 4th generation is better ??

result of my test is conclusive (100%)???
my test is elisa tets or due test or elsee ???
if i had unprotected sex withi this result can say that i 'm clear and hav not hiv ???

excuse me for repeat my post.
but my problem is so high
in iran u cant easily go to doctor and say u have sex.so i cant talk with doctor in my city about my sex and ask my quastion plz help me i want get married but i'm so craze about Hiv
so becos i have high stress after 7 month go to Lab and request hiv test
but i dont know knid of my test, the lab get about 30$ and get that test that i write result in my prev post

1- what is kind of my test is it standard Elisa??
2- can i rely 100% in my result that i  have not  Hiv and i'm clear???
3- iread in this site that Antigen p24 is for soon get test and after 7 month maybe is   not useful but antybody test in line 1 of result is coreecr result ??
