Elisa test negative at 10 weeks post exposure but value increased

I had vaginal sex with a sex worker 10 weeks back, after the act I noticed condom broke during the act. I got Elisa test done at 5 weeks post exposure it was negative with value observed as 0.005 and the cut off value was 0.4. I got another test done yesterday 10 weeks post exposure its negative with a observed value of 0.031 and the cut off is 0.4. Now I am going nuts as the value has multiplied 6 times in the past 5 weeks and there still be a possibility that I may turn positive. Now I am noticing a swollen lymph node just above my collar bone in the neck and I have 2nd rash on my hand which looks like a pimple. I have cough and stuffy nose. Please help me people what does the values indicate and can some one turn positive after a 10 week negative. Please help me. Many thanks
