and pos for Hep C. Anyhow, both her and I tested negative (her in late-ish July), myself in late August. She did not have/show me any proof of her negative status but I did see the gigantic bruise
from where the blood was drawn. She has also tested negative for Hep C which is supposedly hard to transmit sexually.
As a worried well, I have been symptom surfing and noticed that enlarged adenoids (adenoids) in an adult should raise suspicion for HIV. I just recently had to have mine removed and had them biopsied (all normal). The only thing that makes me have doubts is the fact that I was on Olux-E a high potency topical corticosteroid and Elidel (topical immunosuppressant) for roughly a week and a half for pityriasis rosea in June (which I thought stemmed from HIV or some systemic disease). I had been off both meds for a good 2+ months during my previous test which was a rapid at planned parenthood.
My original rash and subsequent sore throat are what originally set me off (as the rash was on my penis as well). In addition to these symptoms and the adenoids (adenoids) I have a swollen lymph node in my neck which my ENT said was probably due to the adenoid inflammation. My liver enzymes have also been higher and I've been diagnosed with fatty liver. I since got them back down to normal. Furthermore, my WBC count has been persistently high -- I haven't had a CBC after my surgery though. It has been around 12k each time I've tested.
Should I be worried based on what I keep reading? Or should I let this go? I'm debating on being tested yet again at Planned Parenthood at the 5 and a half month mark.
