Evaluate my Hiv risk.... Scared to Death and feeling Die soon
Dear Docs,
I had couple of sexual encounters with CSW in south east asia around 10 weeks back.I would like to share all incidents pls help me to evaluate my risk and situvation.
Day 1- Girl1 - Unprotected oral sex ( Multiple time Deep kissing with tonge , licking her body assets ( breast , near lower abdomen(not vagina, neck etc). While licking i feel like i gulp something could be my saliva but not so sure. Post oral protected sex with condom and no breakage.
Day 2- Girl 2- Unprotected oral sex ( She has given me blowjob without condom for 1-2 mins and no blood envolved). I kissed her neck and gave her love bites (no blood), sucking her breast.Post oral protected sex with condom and no breakage.
Day 4- Girl 3- Only french kiss , sucking her breast and than protected vaginal sex.But at the last moment when i was coming out ,the half of condom was stucked into her vagina and my semen was spilled on the bed so technically my body organ didnt touched her vaginal fluids at all.
Girl 2(after 1 hr same day)- only kissing her cheeks, breast sucking but during foreplay i feel my tip of penis touched somewhere might be her vagina or close such spots but not at all inserted a bit even inside. Than I protected my Mr.joystick with barrier and had 1-2 mins vaginal intercourse. I am an uncircumcised man.What if her body fluid touched to my precum or upper part of penis during foreplay and post it gol exposed to my semen after intercourse inside condom and both mixed fluid inserted to urthera. Will such situvation could cause hiv infection.
Symptoms so far in past 10 weeks:
Step throat - mild but yes from
Last 2 weeks.
Headache - mild sensation( full day)
Stiff neck -last 1 month
Dry cough - 3 weeks.
Dry hands and palms- 1 month
Sleep disorder- 1 month
Weight loss -3-4 kg in 2 month
Shortness of breath - occassionally
Testing history after 34 days-
Hiv 1-2 antibody - negative
Heb B and C antibody - non reactive
Herps 1-2 virus antigen and antibody - non reactive
Tsh and liver test - both ok
Due to guilt and all such incidents happens since i was so much drunk all the times. I quit drinking and smoking next day of such accidents( 10 weeks back).not sure all such symptoms were hiv ars or withdrawal symptoms.
2 of my internal medicines doctors and 3 ent doctors has already evaluvated me multiple times and assuring me i dont have hiv and other things at all but insisting me to take 90 days test for my satisfaction.
I am living with deep anxiety , stress and Guilt from last 10 weeks and feeling of sucidal thoughts. Pls help me to settle my thoughts i am watching clock everyday for 90th day to come and tell me my future.

Your symptoms don't sound like an STD, I would go visit your Doctor and discuss your symptoms with them.
You could also visit a clinic and get tested for STD's.
Stress and anxiety will be affecting your health as you are worrying about the incidents you describe above. On here we can only offer opinions and advice, most people wont be medically qualified, working with your Doctor and getting tested are the only actions that's will help you move on.

Thanks for vote of confidence.... I hv consulted 2 internal medicine specialist and 3 ENT and one psycologist as well.
All are giving me vote of confidence that i dont have std related problem and asking me to come for 3 month test to close this chapter once for all. I even started believing my problem is not hiv instead of fear of hiv. But these unwarrented symptoms are shaking my confidence.
My gums and inner cheeks are started swollen, i can see crack on my nails. White tonge and yellowish stuff coming everyday and i hv to clean it off. I am

same case with me read my post I quiet smoking too(badtiming with anxiety of a possible exposure) and had to go through a lot during first 4 week and ur risk is zero but I did have a risk now after 7 week I had done a lot of testing all came back negative( I m now 98% through this)
there were times when I was convinced I had hiv but I think it was anxiety playing with me so don't worry u will do fine with testing.
I STILL HAVE A STIFF NECK AFTER 7 WEEK MAY BE DUE TO ANEXITY AND STRESS(I do have a history of neck pain also)

Hey buddy, no need for suicidal thoughts. Oral sex is no risk to conservative theoretical. The experts here say no risk and you were smart and used a condom. Many people have posted strange symptoms, me included, to test negative.
Don't want to encourage over testing but if you are climbing the walls, if you test now it will be about as good as conclusive. A 10 week 3rd generation rapid test would be enough. Then test at or shortly after 90 days to satisfy cdc guidelines. Anxiety can weaken your immune system and this can cause physical problems.

Your risk = zero, you wont have contracted HIV from what you describe
Symptoms - Stress and anxiety cause a lot of the symptoms you list.
For a conclusive antibody test go again at 84 days, although I personally don't think you need to test for the events above.

I am getting very diffrent body changes everyday.from yesterday onwards left side of my cheeks inside mouth is swollen and having pain. Donno why such things happening.
