Expert Advise Please. It is a tough one..HIV/?????

I am male and had vaginal sex with my girl frd long for 1 week without any protection that was happened in spectember-2013,after that i moved to new place where i met new frd in december -2013 i don’t know her status, she looks tired all the time, she had high cold when i met the day i observed but she said that she don’t have any STD. i Have started brief kissing and then she performed oralsex on me and i given her oral for 20 sec it was so nasty smell yaoook where i stopped, but i continued her fingering and then she brought condom and put on my penis, i inserted only 2 time in her vagina and i removed..and then she finished with oral and took all cum into mouth, the condom she put on me i am not sure is it brand new or used from somebody, she has stock up condom in her bathroom, later i realized she has sex with some other folks.. after the incident 7-8 days i started feel so tired, unwell, slight fever, dry mouth, itching all over the body..I went to urologist where he performed all std panel negative include HIV ab, then continue fever and stomach problem, mild pain under right liver area..where i realized something going wrong in my body and went to ID dr for he checkup hiv PCR RNA quant with other STD all negative..she just write antibiotics ..no relief in symptoms..low grade fever continues include at 3 months general lymph nodes rash in upper chest , muscle wasting, pink eyes, loss appetite all happened one by one and still continues i am now in 7 mon but no relief. i definitely feel i got some virus..hiv/? or some thing? [B]in the 7 mon process i have check for hiv antibody in 2,8,15,28 week all negative; hiv pcr rna 5,15 week not detected, hiv oraquick at home 4,9,13,15,19 negative, std negative check for 2 times in 3 month period, ebv cmv igg positive, autoimmune negative, tb negative, lupus negative[/B],
1. Please suggest any thoughts is this about hiv or any virus??
2. continious fever every night, general lymph nodes pain, chills shaking my body, oral thrush..hurting too much in my daily life.
3. i tested hiv eia antibody after 28 weeks, ,means finish 6 month negative..still symptoms..is this hiv or any different virus.. ebv cmv igg negative..is symptoms related to cmv or ebv? i heard that healthy individuals wont get any problems with cmv or ebv..but where all these symptoms coming from..Chronic infection??

I know fever is almost always present in hiv according to your previous threads I referred is what I have I feel I have got infection due to continious fever , being fever for 9 months I went so weak and muscle had lost, add to that I have persisting swollen lymph nodes( typical hiv symptom); my fever anyway between 97.9-99.3 orally; complete dry mouth. These are all typical hiv symptoms
One main symptom I have is shingles around collarbone and upper chest . My immune system seems compromised. But why my hiv tests still show negative even though I have suffering with all symptoms?? 3 mon, 6 mon, 9 mon.. Finshed negative .Like how many months or years do I needed these tests ?? Worest situation in my life. Susicde is better .

That's what YOU don't understand. Symptoms do not mean a THING. Tests ALWAYS override any symptoms, or even any risk.
HIV is one of the easiest, straightforward conditions to diagnose...the testing is extremely accurate.
Whatever is causing your symptoms I don't know....but I DO know it's absolutely positively NOT HIV.
We cannot keep repeating ourselves, kindly move along. If you cannot accept the facts, then get yourself some help.
(Oh, and your "HIV symptoms" are not consistent with HIV infection anyway...the symptoms wouldn't persist this long, and when a fever is present during ARS, it's never low grade, it's always very high).

Totally I had tests hiv antibody only, for 7 times in 9 mon duration, hiv pcr RNA not detected at 15 week. I entirely feel these tests were unreliable to find out the hiv; is there any other standard tests other than this or do I need a single 4 generation combo test??

You never had an HIV risk and your tests (way outside of the window period btw) prove that.

what will convince you that you are hiv negative if all your tests won't? this is disturbing behaviour.
MOVE ON. You have broken the rules of the forum by excessive posting. Seek a therapist for your anxiety issues.
I had took one more hiv 1/2 antibody test at finish of 9 months recently and it is also negative. What is the realiabilty of these tests ?? I have continious low grade fever, thrush, swollen lymph nodes, muscle mass lost and sore throat and horrible life. I check ebv vca igg, igm negative; ebv eg-na postive; what are the odds I will turn hiv positive? Does ebv past infection affecting hiv negative results??
I have CBC test where monocytes are high, liver enzymes ALT high; also ebv igg positive, cmv igg positive cmv igm normal.. Hiv negative at 32 weeks , have any idea what causing regular persistent low grade fever, general lymphnodes , skin rash.. Please help ..
Whenever I see some of your assurances I get some relief other wise all day I spent alone and get stupid thoughts ...

You seem to have some sort of condition. But it is not HIV!! Your tests prove it beyond any doubt!

PCR tests are used to detect viral loads in folks with the infection.
An antibody test at or beyond 12 weeks is still the definite gold standard to determine HIV neg status!
The reason is that your body's immune response is the most reliable yard stick. 8 weeks is almost golden. 10 weeks is almost defintive. But 15 weeks and you're good to go!
Are you undergoing potent medication to suppress your immune system due to organ transplant surgery? Are you on cancer treatment? If your answer is no then YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV!!

If FDA not approved why US recognized ID doctors been referring pcr RNA tests ?? When you donate blood why you doing nat tests?? Is this gambling with patient money??

Just let you I have given one more test hiv1 and 2 ab negative finish of 7-1/2 month .. Still have low grade fever, swollen lymphnodes.

This is my last reply. You are HIV negative because you have an HIV negative result 12 weeks after risk. Symptoms are meaningless.
But if I google my symptoms all a-z similar to hiv, all my symptoms have started 1 week exposure of that incident .. So I believe I have got something from that girl but she upto never relieved anything to me.. Hard time in my life .. Persisting fever , lymphnodes thrush.. All for a reason.. I did mistaken in my life.. Regretting in my life..
HIV primary symptoms are veeeery similar to a veeeery long list of diseases, that's why they are not used for diagnosis. You don't have HIV: you didn't have an exposure, and your tests tell you so.
