Exposure Risk - Please help

Hi and thanks in advance for your input.  I recently (2 weeks ago) visited singapore on a business trip.  One evening after quite a few cocktails, I ended up bringing a csw back to the room.  We did not have intercourse.  We kissed, I fingered her, and she performed fellatio (unprotected).  The next morning I woke up with great anxiety over what had happened.  My concerns were as follows...

Fingering -  Earlier in the week (about 5 days) I had rubbed a blister on my finger while doing some carpentry.  The wound didn''t bleed, but tore off some layers of skin.  At the time of the incident the skin was very new and pinkish compared to normal skin.  There wasn't ANY bleeding pre or post fingering.  In my research i have concluded that fingering is not a risk unless there is a cut.  I don't know how to interpret my risk given the new skin/blister from days previous.  Can anyone help?

Fellatio - Unprotected fellatio. Sounds like this is very low risk?

Kissing-  Can't believe i kissed the csw but it happened.  Low risk as well?  She didn't seem to have any sores but one never can tell?

Those are the 3 areas of concern for me.  I have recently become extremely concerned and have high anxiety.  I haven't slept much since returning and wake up at night highly stressed. I have started eating less, and seem to experience psychosomatic symptoms.  I haven't had a fever, but have at lease felt some throat soreness (real or imagined).  Haven't felt fatigued, even with little sleep.  Trying very hard to get this out of my mind.  I am going for testing tomorrow, just to be safe.  I know that I'll have to return at 3 mth mark to be certain.

Lastly, I think the guilt of this (i am married) has become too much to bear. I'm trying to come up with a plan to tell my wife. I just don't want to lie to her, and she deserves to know.  I haven't and won't have sex with her until I'm verified std negative.  Thank you for reading this, and please add your input.  This has certainly been a turning point in my life, and really makes you focus on what is important.
