Exposure help needed.

I Am a 19 years old Hetero.

The reason i need help is:

I Had sex with a girlfriend of mine that i found out was HIV+. It was protected- Oral-Vaginal-Anal.
But when we were finish i pulled my penis out and suddely i saw that the condom was not on my penis i forgot to hold on the condom when i pulled me out. Now i am like 100% sure that i got some of her fluids on my penis. since the first day of the expoure i have been in constantly angst-stress-dep. But like i startet with saying it was all safe until the condom went of when i got out of her vaginal.

Symptoms:

1-7 days Swolling problems difciulit to swoll my own salivia. headache. sweating ( Can stress-angst-dep made theese symptoms)?
7-14 days: Fever 1-2 day ( can stress-angst-dep made theese symptoms)?
14-21 days: 1 swollen lymfenode back of my head. ( can stress-angst-dep made theese symptoms)?
21-34 days: 1 more swollen lymfenode on the same side of the other lymfenode behind my head same area).

Other no i am fresh-fine-eating well- no white spot on my tounge- or all the other symptoms.

PT: Point that i have been angstly-Stree-Dep 24/7 i know it sounds crazy but its real!
I Begint to drink+smokeing to.

Testes:

30 Days (4 weeks) antibodi test- Negativ
40-41 days (6 weeks) antibodi test- Negativ
75-77 Days (11 weeks) antibodi test-Negativ

My Qustion is:

1: Can my symptoms be made of my Angst-Stress-Dep. I Was constantly angst-stressed.
2: How high is my risk?
3: How good are my testes and can i trust them? they were all negativ.
4: Should i take another test at 12 weeks mark.

Really need help!

IF YOU HAD AN EXPOSURE...i'd take that 11 weeks to the bank (if it were me).  3 months is conclusive but your 11 week test is not going to change.

it is NOT hiv that is causing the swollen lymph nodes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lizzie yes i have he said they were swollen i got 2 swollen in the same area back of my head.. but my question is can stress-angst cause swollen lymfenode. all in all i have like 4 swollen lymfenode and 3 in the same area. around my ear and back of my head in the same side.

And how sure is a test taked after 11 weeks if i had a expoure.

has your swollen lymph node been diagnosed by a doctor or yourself?  many, MANY things can cause a lymph node to swell.  a scratch can.

if you tested at 11 weeks...after a non risk situation...then you are good to go!!!!

But why do i have theese swollen lymfenode after 3 weeks expoure? ( can angst+stress+dep) make the swoll if not what then?... i have readed they come after 2-4 weeks? and thats what they did with me thats what i am most afriad of..

You don't need testing and see your ENT for your ear problems. Unrelated to HIV.

Ah ok Teak i would ask you one more thing. I Have seen many of your comments you are very consertiv about give a comment what is surely BEST! . But i would ask you to answer me how to is a test taked at (11 weeks) and will 7-8 days make a diffrent? and should i take a test again. and can my symptoms be related to my angst-stress-dep i am espicelly wondering about the swollen lymfe node.+ i have still difcuilt swolleing my salivia even today because i am still stress+agnst.

You were never at risk. Loosing your condom on withdraw is not a risk. Next time hold onto it.

One more thing i got the symptoms when i begin to read about them every day in like 5 hours i was fround of the com to read symptoms.
