Exposure risk?

I recently had sex with a female CSW in Amsterdam Red Light District. During vaginal sexual intercourse, I withdrew and re-inserted my penis a few times, always ensuring that the condom was in intact. However, on the final time, I that the condom was no longer on my penis, but was hanging from her vagina (most likely due to me not having a full erection at that time). She pulled the condom out. I started to worry at that point. Although I had not yet ejaculated, I no longer wanted to continue. She advised me not to worry as the condom did not break, she also mentioned that she gets tested every three months and she too would have worried if she thought the condom had broken of come off completely inside her vagina. Is there a need for me to worry or get tested for any STI?

if the condom was hanging out of her...it came off when you were withdrawing and you were PROTECTED.
