Exposure

Exposure

Hi ,I regularly visit escorts/prostitutes where I receive hand relief and they masturbate me with their breasts , without a condom and sometimes using oil.

My questions are:
a) What is the risk of HIV exposure if vaginal fluids were to get into the urethra while the escorts was performing hand relief?
b) What is the risk of HIV exposure if a previous customers semen was on the CSW's hands or breasts and managed to get into the urethra or onto a part of the penis that was chafed ?

I understand from reading this forum that the risk would appear to be low but other sites I have checked advise against mutual masturbation where there is a possibility that bodily fluids would come into contact with the urethra
As I have a recurring chesty cough for the last number of months I'm worried it may be a symptom of early stage HIV.

Also , how long can HIV live outside the body in bodily fluids , there seems to be some disagreement among some of the other forums ?

thank you

Welcome to the forum.  On our site it is our policy not to engage in debate with statements made on other internet sites.  There is much misinformation on the internet.  You can believe us or them.

The sorts of exposure you describe are zero risk.  Masturbation is safe sex and no one has ever gotten HIV from masturbation - never.  You are not going to be the first.  It is typical for persons engaged in mutual masturbation to get each others' genital secretions on one another, including on one anothers' genitals yet, as I've said, no one has ever gotten HIV this way.

Your hypothetical concern about someone else’s HIV remaining on your partners' hands and then betting passed on to you is also nothing to worry about.  HIV would not live long enough for this to happen and even if it did, we are still talking about masturbation - no risk.  The duration that HIV lives outside the body depends on many variables but is typically minutes, at most.

Your cough is not due to HIV acquired from the sorts of exposure you describe.  If you are really worried, get tested for HIV and then, when the results are negative, as I am confident they will be, believe them.

Hope this helps.  EWH
