Extent of Risk

I had mutual masturbation with another male who has not been tested but claims he has had no high risk exposures. No oral, no penetration. Its POSSIBLE that his *** in contact with my penis and/or outside of my anus (he came first).  I don't recall.  He put his hand/fingers under my balls (after he masturbated himself), but don't really think it came close to my anus, but its possible.  Nothing went inside.  After I came, I took a towel with soap and washed my penis and the entire area under my balls and also my anus.  If there was *** down there of his, and its infected, was that a bad idea to use the towel?  In any event, everything I've read seems to suggest the risk of this episode is VERY low or even non-existent.   Just want to make sure and see what people think.

dont believe us?

this is straight from dr. hook's mouth:

No risk.  What you describe is mutual masturbation without penetration of any sort and this is safe sex. No one has ever gotten HIV in this way.  Please realize that it is typical during mutual masturbation for partners to get each other's genital secretions on one another.  Despite this, HIV transmission has not occurred in the way that you describe.  The exposure you describe does not warrant testing.

now move along...you do not have a hiv concern.

that couldnt be right though - could it?  I mean, if I touched blood outside the body, right when it came out, I could get it.  Whats the point in wearing gloves to prevent it?  Very nervous, anyone?

Outside of the person. Once as HIV is exposed outside of the body it dies rather quickly. And just contact does not transmit HIV.

HIV is not transmitted outside its host. You were never at risk.

really no risk at all?  I am scared that *** probably came in contact with my anus, and i read somewhere that cleaning it after with a towel can actually cause it to go further up.  I am freaking out!
