Extremely Nervous Teenager Possible HIV infection

Hello Doctors,

You may have possibly been asked questions similar to the ones I am about to ask but I'm extremely worried about MY particular event which pushed me to ask anyways. I duno..I just want some kind of like...response to my particular situation i guess.

So here goes,

Im a 17 year old gay male living in Toronto Canada. I know a lot about HIV and STDs from what I learned in school so I guess I should have known better. Thats why I keep beating myself up over this because I can't forgive myself for putting myself in this situation.

I dont really know a lot of lgbt guys where i live because I live in a boring *** suburb but my parents bought me a car this year and i started travelling out to the citys east end which is kind of like ghettoish. Anyway, i met this guy there whos 19 from a friend and we had PROTECTED intercourse once. Im not worried about that because oral WASNT involved and the intercourse was safe. After that I thought we were friends so he'd ask me to come see him sometimes which made me feel aukward after a while because its such a freaky area. Regardless, like an idiot, the last time he asked I went. He said we were going to chill with one of his friends. I never had sex in mind at any point, i just thought it was to hang out but then stuff happened. His friend was in the house and didnt look gay or anything AT ALL but they started to act wierd around me after like an hour or so.

I wasnt raped or anything...but i duno..i just felt forced. I didnt wana do it because ive never done something like that before but it just happened really fast and they didnt really give me an option..they were forceful..i cant explain why i still did it but i felt like i didnt have much of a choice.

They didnt have intercourse with me but they made me perform oral sex on each of them at the same time. I wanted to stop because I thought to myself, "i dont know this guy" but the other one kept pushing my head down.

only one of them ejaculated but it wasnt in my mouth. It was on my face. he told me he was tested in september and didnt have anything but I just feel so worried because he SEEMS like the kind of guy who has LOTS of sex.

At the end he was like "lil man do u know any strippers cause i have a place for them to stay if theyre looking for work" and i thought oh my...i guess hes some kind of pimp or something. Anyway he seems to have sex with females AND i guess males. Hes 21 but a guy like that in my mind must be dirty.I mean come on, he employs strippers right.

so i guess my questions are..

WHAT is the chance I have contracted HIV?

Risk: unprotected oral sex WITHOUT ejaculation
(I sometimes get canker soars in my mouth, or bleeding gums when i floss, those could be entry routes i think)

Ive been getting rapid tests done REGULARILY as im so worried.

i tested exactly one week after : NEGATIVE
                       Three weeks after: NEGATIVE
                        Four Weeks after: NEGATIVE

I HATEEEEEEE how they say you have to wait three months. Im already a hypochaundriac as it is. I'll drive myself crazy by the time 3 months is up. Is it REALLLY three months? Is a negative at four weeks at least SOMEWHAT accurate....

I had a soar throat with white puss on my tonsils the week after it happened..i was tested and came back positive for STREP B. My doctor diagnosed me with TONSILITIS and gave me AMOXICILYN. It cleared up and I felt better.

Now at four weeks since the exposure Ive noticed two canker soars. One below my tongue and another on my inner cheek. Red bumps on my chest and leg, both seem to be DISAPPEARING bumps. I know that sounds crazy but its true. I noticed them one night. Then i showered and went to sleep and when I woke they were GONE like they had never been there. Then I noticed them come back and disappear AGAIN. Does the HIV rash fade away at all?

The people on TELE-HEALTH (telephone nurses) told me it was probably a reaction to my tonsilitis medicine called "AMOXIL RASH" or the cold weather and my jeans ive been wearing but I duno.

EVERYDAY i wake up with a headache which stays with me for most of the day. I also seem to have another soar throat as of the past couple days.

I just got the test done at four weeks yesterday and it was negative so another question of mine is lets say these symptoms ive been having WERE sero-conversion symptoms would I be testing positive by now?

I dont know..im just so worried.

HELP !

Thanks for the tips guys.

I believe culliningus is no risk but i know for a fact performing oral sex on a male isnt no risk. how long does it take usually before the doctor will reply, if you know.

No risk, since u have 4 weeks Negative. at 4 weeks tests are 90% accurate. Your result not going to change

Oral sex is no risk :)   The symptoms you are experiencing seem like they are a result of anxiety.  I know it's difficult, but stop worrying yourself.  You'll end up causing yourself some stress/anxiety related illness if you're not careful.

With regards to testing at 4 weeks post exposure, most people would seroconvert by this time.  You need to test at 3 months for a fully conclusive result however.

BUT, you had a no risk exposure so no need for further testing :)

If you're not going to be convinced by the advice on this forum, then get tested at 3 months, get your negative result and move on :)
