i read in thebody.com that hep vaccination had no effect on hiv-antybody test
but i read some site say hep or anfulenza vaccination can cause false-positive is it right ?

You better believe it. People with HIV anxiety cannot accept facts on an emotional level, even when they are obvious or repeatedly provided to them.
This is why we stop advising people at a certain point when they repeat themselves. Only psychological counseling can address the root of the problem.
