Fear of HIV and uncertainty

Hi really need help here.Cant remember when, but probably somewhere in mid October, did had some fun ( No anal at all, just oral, and I never swallow any semen, which is also my possible hiv exposure
Since then, I got kinda worried and started reading up, and read about HIV.I was worried, and the very next day( which I remembered suppose to be on the 23Oct) after I woke up, I started to feel needle prickling sensation, notably on my feet and hands. It gets numb easily for awhile too. The feeling of having fever ( warm and hot, but no fever) and by the third day, i woke up feeling hard to breath , I started feeling very bloated, and loss of appetite. I will feel abit of joint pains randomly too. Lasted till now, but im feeling better as I can eat more, but the feeling of boatedness will come back once awhile. Joint pains will come on and off, as well as the needle prickling sensation on random parts of body. Went to a gastro and did a scope, couldnt detect anything major too.Doc say Ive got colon irritation probably due to eating disorders.
Just a week ago felt pain near pelvic area ( That feels like a backache but at the lower right pelvic area) Seems to fade away for now. Ive been trying out some lightweight gym exercises too, but it seems like after gym the pelvic pain may come back .
Just a few days back Ive been having white/yellow coating on my tongue and I noticed my gums seems to bleed easily. Are all these possible symtoms of HIV? Ive been really depressed since the first day Ive gotten all these probs. Loss of weight as I cant eat much too. They did a comprehensive blood test, everything seems normal .Lymphocide is 41.2%, no STD,but doc say not too worry and might be viral infection or anxiety might be the issue.
Did a anonymous HIV test on the 29NOV and its negative. Possible exposure will be somewhere on the 6th Oct but i started experiencing the symtoms about 16 days later. Do you think its accurate? They did advise me to go back again to check in 2 or 3 mths time.
Im feeling so demoralised and too weak to do anything. Dry mouth, stomach discomfort, migratory bone/joint pains, tingling sensation on random parts of body, burning feet at times and the feeling of fever once awhile. Head feels abit numb but not too bad, but the numbness can be felt very often. All these symtoms are ruining all my daily activities and work.

You don't need an HIV test you never had a risk.

But my weird symtoms just dont go away. Do anxeity or panic attack causes bone pains as well? Guess I have to wait for another 2 months to go for the next hiv test. Been worried sick about it. Sigh
