Fear of hiv exposure

I have been been married for almost 2 years in the same relationship for 4 years. I was tested for hiv 2 1/2 years ago and it was negative. I am completely faithful so is my husband, however, my biggest fear is to contract hiv. My husband had an accident a few months ago at work when he bled and had to get tweezers from a first aid kid to remove a piece of plastic that went inside his skin. He did not desinfect the tweezers but thought it was clean. Since then, I have been worried sick that he could have contracted hiv and infected me. I have started feeling symptoms that could be signs of hiv exposure, the latest is that my tongue is sore. My husband calls me crazy and everytime i say we should get tested he laughs! I don't know what to do. What is the likelyhood of me being infected with hiv? Please help!!!

As Lizzie said,,, "it is not transmitted from environmental surfaces". Take the fear of HIV out of your mind. You are faithful and mutually committed to each other. You should not even think of HIV, it is nowhere close to anyone of you.
