Feel worried

Hi doctor, just wondered if u could ease my anxiety, recently an incident occured were id been out with friends and id got a little drunk, a man who i was with at the time took advantage of me whilst id passed out. Im pretty sure he didnt have sex with me but i woke up and he had got his penis out, which got me really upset i hit him i was so mad. But since then i havent been sure whether he did try and have sex with me, im pretty sure he didnt and when i finally asked him he said he was just rubbing it against me but im not certain whether he tried to penatrate. Now im so scared i could have hiv. Im really upset and worried as i dont sleep about. I did go and get tested at 4 wks and 6 wks and 5 days both hiv tests were negative but im so scared. Please help. How likely would hiv show at this point?

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

Most and all aren't the same reason for the 3 month test to totally exclude you from having HIV.

Thanks again for taking time to read and answer my question.  Ive heard most people become  hiv positive by 6 weeks iand show on hiv antibody test is this true ? although a conclusive test still needs to be done at 3 months for people it may not of covered?

Yes, that is the only way. You can't contract it by rubbing.

So he would of had to penetrate me before it could be passed on? What if he had pre cum?

You would have known if you would have been penetrated. 3 months post exposure is when you can obtain a conclusive test result.
