Female to male transmission ?

I had protected sex with 2 women in past month with condom but both times the condom broke and I pulled out immediately both times and went and washed up and stopped. From what I know neither in an iv drug user or prostitute. One woman black other white. I'm worried now because there's rumors going around that one of the women is HIV positive and I'm going nuts. What's the chances of catching HIV from such brief encounters all together 20 seconds at most unprotected? Also does anyone know of any actual heterosexual male to catch HIV from vaginal sex? Ive heard the odds are low but I'm still worried ,would a 4 week test be conclusive?
Thanks

No a 4 week test will not give you a conclusive test result.

We don't do odds on this forum. You had a risk and the only way to know your status is by testing. You can test 3 months post exposure for a conclusive negative test result.
