Fever after 3 days or not really
I had a happy ending massage and she used a tissue to wipe my

You NEVER had a risk of contracting HIV from what you described above. Your symptoms do not have anything to do with ARS.

I would like to clarify if you check for fever it should be real fever or feeling burnt up. This is for my knowledge in future

It would be a REAL fever of 101+
I am not sure why you want to know this for the future, Dont put yourself at risk Use Condoms EVERYTIME
