Fingered with possible bloody finger

I am about to freak out! I've been dating this new guy for the past month and here is what concerns me. He has claimed to be HIV- and the last time he tested was in june. However he did perform oral sex on a guy, that was his only exposures. Now that I've been dating we have been mutually masturbating, however no oral or anal. My concern is this. He has fingered me a couple of times, I don't know if he had any cuts in his fingers when he did, but i know he bites his nails. The reason I'm concern is that I think he might be HIV+. I say this because every-time he gets a razor cut or any cuts on his body it takes him more then two day for those cuts to heal. I don't know why that happens. And I've see that happening to him for as long as we been dating. Specially the after shave cuts he gets from the razor. His cuts don't heal and often bleed, even after a day. I am concerned that when he fingered me he had a cut or bled from the nail. If this was the case wouldn't this put me at high risk, because blood would be going in my rectum? I'm not anxious,  yet I do need to talk to someone about it. Am I exaggerating? Please reply.

WHy not? What if there was a cut on his finger?

It would required a fresh (oozing with blood) wounds on the finger.  And I doubt anyone will finger someone when he has a wound that is ozzing with blood.
