Fingernail scratch by a masseur

I went to a massage parlor 3 hours back. This place offer a hand job after all massage sessions for everyone and as I asked the girls there nobody ever refused it.
During the session the girl scratch by hand with her nail (it was slippery as she used oil). The scratch was small, but hurts and some small part of my skin misplaced (that I latter took it out). No visible bleeding, but the scratch looks shiny and normally when I had that kind of scratch, sometimes it bleeds. There may be very small bleeding that I cannot see.
My question is, if there is some blood or semen from the previous customer on her fingernail, can I be infected? Should I take PEP?

I now have some skin spots, nausea, dizzy, lightheaded and very tired. I sleep all day and still wake up tired.
It is not the handjob I worry about. My question is what the possibility of a transmission from infected semen on a fresh scratch?

your anxiety is causing all these symptoms.

It's exactly 1 week and I start to develop symptoms: excessive fatigue, sore throat, mild fever and joint pain. I am very worried. What test can I do now? I know it's not long enough for a normal antibody test
