Flu-like symptoms & fever for 2 days, now what ?

Hello,
Exactly one month ago I had a call-girl visit my room in a Beijing hotel.  I'm very cautious about possible infections so I only had her masturbate me.  However as she was doing this, she inserted her finger into my anus.  She did not seem to be the cleanest of individuals but at the time I thought nothing of it.  Then 2 days ago after I returned from another trip to China, I fell ill and spent 48 hours in bed with fever (37-38.5C) and aches and pains all over.  What worries me is that I have hemmorhoids and quite often some bleeding in my anus area and am worried if I could have been infected by a sore or cut on the finger of the woman who came to my hotel.
I have read many of the posts on these pages and take comfort from the facts that (a) it is 4 weeks since the incident and ARS symptoms seem to generally show up earlier (b) I have no rash or sore throat and do not feel there is anything wrong with my lymph nodes (c) I am now feeling much better 3 days after I fell ill.
I wonder if any of the experts can comment on the risk or lack thereof based on the above information.

Thanks a lot.  I appreciate you taking the time to reply to me.  
I guess my fever and flu-like symptoms were just coincidental and I am being too paranoid.
Do you know if there has ever been a documented case of infection in the way I described ?
