Found blood in underwear after handjob

Hi doctor,

I'm so concerned about my situation. I'm a 27 yo male. A few days ago, I had a hand job with another male. We mutually masturbated. He gave me a hard hand job and I felt a little pain when he was doing that. He ejected and I didn't. After I went back home, I took a shower immediately and didn't feel anything in my penis. After that, I used an alcohol wipe on my penis. I felt pain when it touched a part of my foreskin. Then I found a little piece of blood on my underwear. I didn't check whether there was blood on his hand while he was doing the hand job for me. I am so scared now. Am I considered being exposed to hiv. And what is the risk?

Thank you so much!

Hi,

Thank you so much for replying. What I worry is that I don't know whether the blood is mine or his. If the blood is mine,  that means there is a cut in my foreskin while he is giving me the hand job. At that moment, I didn't check if he has wound or blood on his hand. If the blood is his, I don't know whether it could enter my foreskin since I reAlized that I might have a wound after using the alcohol wipe.

Please help me please!

No risk at all but please don't use an alcohol wipe on your manhood! That can cause other issues and irritations and would sting!!!

Hi, there was no risk to contract hiv from blood in your underwear. The risk is from unprotected insertive vaginal/anal sex
