French kissing at a mouth sore ... Am i at Risk ?? Retry_1

Dear experts and doctors,

Need your suggestions please.

I had sex with a sex_worker.
I used condom which stayed fit throughout the session and did the job.

But we were French kissing during the session.
And once everything is over I realized that she was kissing right on my mouth sore..

This I developed very new and it is wide open and painful..
Am I exposed to hiv??

I am little worried of this ...
If needed I can take PEP also.. my 72 hour window is not over yet.

Please advise..

Many thanks..

You had NO RISK for HIV and certainly do NOT need to begin PEP!

Human saliva contains bacteria and enzymes that render the virus inactive. (Unable to infect)

Kissing........even with various sores, cuts or bleeding gums is NOT a risk for HIV.
