Frottage - Worried

More than a year back, I had a man to man dickdocking, frottage (dry rubbing the genitals) for briefly about 20-30 seconds.  We did have some kisses, but there was no ejaculation or penetration or oral, and I don't remember seeing the pre-cum as well.   However after this incident it is more than a year know, I'm continuously having a strange pain in my right wrist and right feet.  Other than these 2 pains, I'm perfectly fine and healthy.

Since the incident happened first time in my life, I was anxious, after reading the window period for testing Hiv is 8 weeks, I did test for Hiv after 9 weeks, and the results came back negative.

Because of fear, it is more than a year know, and I hardly had any form of sex in the last one year (after that incidence).

Can someone say whether my act has any risk of Hiv exposure?  Though I did a test after 8 weeks of my dry rubbing activity, and cleared the Hiv test, should I still do it one more time which is more than a year now?   I'm still unable to think why this weird pain started on my wrist which started exactly after rubbing activity more than a year ago.

NOTHING that you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.   further testing is not needed.
