Frottage Risk of HIV / STD

A gay masseur put my erect penis into his mouth - only for 2 seconds, as I did not want him to continue. We then rubbed our penises against each other’s.  The heads of our penises touched each other and possibly pre-ejaculation fluid was exchanged. There are no visible lesions on my penis. I could not see his and I do not know whether he is infected with HIV or has any STDs.

What is the risk of me being infected? Should I go a Post-Exposure Prophylaxis treatment (48 have not passed yet)?  As I have a long-term relationship (and do not use a condom) with my girlfriend, should I abstain from sex with her until I get tested? In that case, for how long do I have to wait if I have to do an HIV test and/or test for other STDs?

This is NOT a risk for HIV because air inactivates the virus as does saliva.  It's very fragile and not easy to transmit.  The ONLY risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetrative) and sharing IV drug needles.  So, no risk for you.
