Gay Receptive-Condom Broke but tip was covered

Hi Team

Need your help on this. Two weeks ago I fooled around with a guy and we had anal sex.I was bottom. The mistake we did was we used oil with latex condom. While trying to penetrate me  when he pulled out he observed the condom had broken. But it was broken in the middle part I mean at center point of penis length and the tip was covered though. No cum.Precum might have been present.but my worry is could precum have travelled all the way to the middle portion?

1.My first question is am I at risk with this encoutner?
2.After 9 days I have got fever of around 98F and two itchy red spots on my chest and above belly button which were gone in 1 day. After two days I was feeling pain on left side of the Jaw while opening mouth. Was that ARS fever, rash and lymph node respectively.I started viral fever medics the next day and fever was not gone but it persisted with low grade temperature help. The Jaw pain went away in 2 days.

Hi Rudra.. We don't discuss symptoms as symptoms or lack of them don't indicate hiv, only by testing will you know your status.

Frankly, its quite hard to believe that the condom broke but still covered your tip.  Condom are designed to break leaving you totally exposed. Like a popped balloon. Back in February, you have been told about the risks of using oil based lubes as they can cause the condom to break. If what you claim is true, the risk is only minimised, not totally eliminated.

Sorry I have one more question..Could antibiotics given to me for the fever have suppressed the rash(In case) since I noticed two red spots one on chest and one above belly button. They would turn red only when when I scratch them..they were gone after a day like I said..
